Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Available shipping options at checkout may include:

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping

  • Australia Post Express Shipping

Available options, pricing, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Subscription orders are processed according to your selected billing and delivery schedule.

Please note:

  • Processing times are separate from delivery times

  • Orders placed during peak periods, promotions, or holidays may take longer to process


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

General estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Subscriptions

For subscription orders:

  • Each shipment is treated as a separate order

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) apply to each shipment unless otherwise stated at checkout

  • Subscription changes (pause, skip, cancel) must be made before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Australia Post

  • Weather events

  • Service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order

  • Delivery delays may occur


Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel appears lost or missing, contact us at realfuel.au@gmail.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Any relevant tracking information

We will work with Australia Post to investigate and determine the appropriate outcome.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply if a product is lost or arrives damaged.


Heat Sensitivity & Supplements

Our products may be sensitive to heat.

While we take reasonable care in packing orders, we are not responsible for minor changes to product appearance caused by heat exposure during transit that do not affect product safety or quality.

If your product arrives significantly damaged or unusable, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if goods are lost, damaged, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
